Frank was born in Birmingham,
Alabama on June 2, 1964. After graduating from Hubbertville High School
in 1982, he joined the United States Navy Nuclear Power Program as an Electronics
Technician and Reactor Operator. His exceptional six year enlisted career
and academic credentials earned him a full scholarship to Auburn University
where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering
and his commission as an Ensign in the Navy. After four more years in the
Navy and two tours in the Persian Gulf War, Frank entered the University
of Florida College of Law and graduated in 1995.
Frank's engineering education and experience have been invaluable to his
success in litigation. Frank has conducted extensive research and has written
in the areas of construction litigation, preferential hiring quotas/affirmative
action, the Economic Loss Rule, commercial landlord/tenant disputes, non-competition,
intellectual property and attorney malpractice. As an AV rated attorney,
he has tried numerous intellectual property, construction litigation, professional
liability, and commercial claims in both state and federal courts. He has defended numerous appeals, presented oral argument in Florida's District Courts of Appeal and the
Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. |
